Fans wishing for a Boxing Day fairytale could create value in Boxing Day King George

Could Kauto Star score one more fairytale win in the King George Chase on Boxing Day? There will be many racing fans who would love to see it hapen, and may be prepared to back their dream with cash stakes.

If this happens, and the price on the Paul Nicholls stellar jumper shrinks, I think we could see some value emerge about last year's winner Long Run.

Prior to the race at Ascot I thought that Master Minded was the horse who could be more dangerous/interesting at Kempton. After watching Ascot, it’s Kauto I’d be more frightened of. Master Minded didn’t look as likely a three-mile horse as I thought he would, but that’s only my opinion.

Ian has penned a great article over at Geegeez outlining how the market for the big race could shape up. Read the article in full here

Two questions:

1) Who do you think will win the king George?

2) Who would you like to see win the King George?
